Southern Miss M-Club Hall of Fame
The Southern Miss M-Club Hall of Fame is to honor, recognize and celebrate those men and women associated with Southern Miss Athletics for their achievements of excellence. The first class was inducted on February 20, 1965.
Eligibility for membership in the M-Club Hall of Fame shall be restricted to those individuals meeting the following criteria:
- Ten (10) years removed from competition
- Must be persons of good character and reputation
- Must be an individual who attained outstanding athletic accomplishments as a student-athlete, coach, associate of a team or administrator as a representative of The University of Southern Mississippi or in professional (or equivalent) sport. Examples would include, but are not limited to, the following: Named an All-American or All-Conference; Won an individual national championship; Set world or conference records; Participated in the Olympic Games; Led the nation or conference in a recognized statistical category; Coached a conference championship team
- Must have earned at least one varsity letter or equivalent
- Qualification shall be based primarily on their superior athletic achievement as a student-athlete, with ther considerations may include athletic accomplishments after leaving the University. The selection shall be on merit only and never of a political nature.
- Above requirements may be waived under unusual circumstances by a majority vote of the Board. Unusual circumstances would normally relate to older inductees such as current or recent coaches, administrative  officials, and other special inductees or for those that have deceased.
