A dominate two-way tackle for Coach Pie Vann from 1960 through 1963 ... Excelled at stopping the run and putting pressure on opposing quarterbacks and opening holes for the running attack on offense ... Battled injuries throughout his career, but was key member of the 1962 UPI College Division National Team ... His greatest assess were his strengths and determination ... Earned three letters and was also named Southeastern Player of the Week for his performance against Florida State in 1963 ... Signed with the Toronto Argonauts of the Canadian Football League ... Coached for 11 years of high school football in the New Orleans ... Also served as an assistant principal for three years and principal for 11 years ... Was Dean of Administration for Delgado Community College - Director of Evening College ... Currently headmaster at Oak Forrest Academy in Amite, La., where he has served for the past six years ... Also a member of the M-Club Alumni Association, Eagle Club and a lifetime member of the USM Alumni Association.
