HATTIESBURG, Miss. – The Southern Miss track and field team heads to the Birmingham CrossPlex once again, as they are set to take part in the Conference USA Indoor Championships in Birmingham, Ala.
"The C-USA Championships will bring out the best in every team," head coach Jon Stuart said. "We're excited for the challenge it brings and the chance to showcase some of our stars. If we maintain focus and intensity for two days of competition, great things will happen."
Southern Miss will have 40 athletes compete in total, with 22 on the women's side and 18 on the men's side.
Corvell Todd currently leads the conference in the high jump, while the men's 4x400 relay also is the fastest so far this season.
