"Overall we had a really good race at the front. Sandra ran phenomenal. Throughout the season she's become more confident and learned to be more patient, and it's starting to pay off. Big PRs for Lina and Emma Kate, they executed their race plans and had big days for us. Our depth was tested big time today and Sarah McMillon came through big for us rounding out our top 5. She kept us in the top 10 in a deep field running a big PB. There's a lot to be excited about. We'll have to execute 1-9 if we want to accomplish what we set out to do at the championship meets this year. But we took steps forward in that process today."

Sandra Szpott led the pack, finishing in fifth overall with a time of 17:08.76, a new personal best for the senior. In 27th was Emma Kate Holdbrooks, finishing in 17:44.94, a new PR for the redshirt junior. Right behind her was sophomore Lina May in 30th with a time of 17:46.37, a new personal best. In 53rd was Kate Mattox who finished in 18:06.82. Sarah McMillon finished in 78th in 18:22.01, updating her personal best from the City Auto Memphis Twilight Classic. Theresa Harto finished in 158th in 19:28.34 and Monika Gebarzewska finished in 163rd in 19:39.97.Â
