BILOXI, Miss. – Nicholls erupted for four runs in the seventh to pull away for an 8-5 non-conference baseball victory over No. 13 Southern Miss Tuesday night at Keesler Federal Park.
The Golden Eagles (18-7) saw a four-game winning streak snapped, despite a two-home run game for Matthew Russo who ended with three hits and three RBI. He now has seven homers on the year.
