NEW ORLEANS, La. --Â Ragini Navet went three-under par on the front nine at English Turn Golf & Country Club as she climbed into eighth place at the Tulane Classic. The junior enjoyed a two-over 74 and is five-over par through 36 holes.Â
On the par-3, 132-yard eighth hole, Navet recorded a hole-in-one that helped propel her into the top 10. The sophomore had birdied two of the previous three holes prior to the historic shot. Meanwhile, Fernanda Gorostiaga fired a two-over 74 after going 12-over par yesterday. The junior is in a tie for 31st.Â
