Golden Eagles Back in Action at ULM Invitational

HATTIESBURG, Miss. – The entire Southern Miss women's golf team is loaded up and ready to tee off at the ULM Invitational on Monday morning at Bayou Desiard Country Club. The two-day event will start with an 8:30 a.m. shotgun start with the second round following in the afternoon. The final round will start at 8:30 a.m. on Tuesday morning.
Southern Miss' team lineup features Momoka Ando, Alma Betoret, Taylor Trible, Merche Corbacho and Ragini Navet. Elena Melich, Fernanda Gorostiaga and Elena Melich will play as individuals.
The 14-team field includes ULM, Arkansas State, Houston Christian, Kennesaw State, Little Rock, LSU, Mississippi State, Sam Houston State, Samford, South Alabama, Southern Miss, Texas A&M-Commerce, Troy and UT-Arlington.
Bayour Desiard Country Club is playing as a 6,213-yard course and a par-72. The Golden Eagles opened the semester co-hosting the Great River Cup in Gulfport, where Southern Miss finished the match play event in fifth. The team then played in the Tulane Classic and MountainView Collegiate before heading to Monroe this weekend.
