Golden Eagles Close Regular Season at Maroon and White Invite

HATTIESBURG, Miss. – The Southern Miss track and field team concludes the regular season this weekend at the Maroon and White Invitational hosted by Mississippi State University at the Mike Sanders Track and Field Complex in Starkville, Miss.
"This is our final tune-up before we head into the postseason," head coach Jon Stuart said. "It's important that we get some good marks before the conference championships and help us better our spots for the NCAA East Regional."
After taking last weekend to rest and recovery, the Golden Eagles will have 42 student-athletes making the trip to Starkville to compete over the two days.
Southern Miss will be joined by Arkansas State, Harding, Hinds CC, ULM, Little Rock, Meridian CC, Mississippi State, Ole Miss, Troy, and UAB.
