Southern Miss XC Travels to Charlotte for Conference USA Championships

HATTIESBURG, Miss. – The Southern Miss cross country team is set to compete at the C-USA XC Championships hosted by Charlotte, at Frank Liske Park in Concord, N.C. on Saturday morning at 9 a.m. CT.
"This is what we've been working towards all season," said head coach Nick Gibson. "We're excited about racing with some cooler weather and I'm looking forward to seeing what our girls can do in a championship environment."
The Golden Eagles will go for a third-straight top-three finish at the conference meet with Carlin Beal, Katelyn Cartwright, Rebecca DeKay, Sarah Parnell, Kate Mattox, Lina May and Cassidy Teuscher all toeing the line for the Black and Gold.
