The Golden Eagles will compete at Alabama on Friday and Saturday.

HATTIESBURG, Miss. – The Golden Eagle Track and Field squad heads to Alabama for the Crimson Tide Invite held at Sam Bailey Track & Field Stadium on the campus of the University of Alabama.

Southern Miss heads out for its fifth meet of the outdoor track and field season, this time at the home of the Crimson Tide. Competing alongside the Golden Eagles will be student-athletes from Alabama, Coahoma, Florida State, Indiana State, Hinds, Memphis, Meridian, Mississippi State, and Nebraska.

The first day will see action from the Golden Eagle throwers and distance runners, competing in the hammer throw and 5000m. The rest of the action will take place on day two with discus, shot put, jumps, sprints, relays and hurdles.
