HATTIESBURG, Miss. – The Southern Miss soccer team (11-5-1, 5-4-1 C-USA) will face UAB in the second quarterfinal match of the 2018 Air Force Reserve Women's Soccer Championship in Norfolk, Va. on Wednesday, October 31. The Golden Eagles and the Blazers will kick-off at 2:00 p.m. (ET).

Southern Miss wrapped up their regular season against Louisiana Tech on Friday night in Ruston, La. The Golden Eagles fell to Lady Techsters by a final score of 2-0.

Back-to-back goals by freshman forward Connor Barker at the 60:58 and 65:35 marks in the match propelled Louisiana Tech to victory.
