SAN MARCOS, Texas -- The Southern Miss women's golf team wrapped up its fifth and final tournament of the fall season at the Jim West Challenge, finishing in the No. 15 spot.
The tournament field featured six teams ranked inside the Golfweek Top 50.
Emily Cox shot a 2-over 74 to close things out, the best score for the Golden Eagles on the day. She hit for par on 16 of the 18 holes.
Valentina Haupt was the top finisher for the squad, claiming a tie for 30th thanks to her 5-over 293. She was also atop the team leaderboard in last week's FIU Pat Bradley Invitational.
