HATTIESBURG, Miss. – The Southern Miss soccer team (11-4-1, 5-3-1 C-USA) will wrap up their regular season against Louisiana Tech (11-5-2, 4-3-1 C-USA) on Friday, October 26 in Ruston, La. The match is scheduled to begin at 7:00 p.m. (CT) and will be played at the Lady Techster Soccer Complex. Â

The last time out
The Golden Eagles last took the pitch on Sunday at BBVA Field in Birmingham, Ala. against the UAB Blazers. Southern Miss fell to UAB by a final score of 2-0.

A goal by UAB's Regan Kommor at the 8:51 mark in the first half gave the Blazers an early 1-0 lead. UAB tacked on another goal early in the second half when Caroline Kehrer located the back of the net at the 48:31 mark.

Despite the loss, the Golden Eagles outshot the Blazers 11-8 in the contest.
