2020 (So.): Started three times, posting an 0-1 record with a 3.97 ERA…Fanned 16 and walked eight over 11 1/3 innings…Best outing came in season debut, limiting Murray State (2/14) to a hit with seven strikeouts over 6 2/3 innings…Had a three-game winning streak snapped, when suffering a loss to Central Arkansas (2/21), allowing four runs over 2 2/3 frames…Missed final start of year due to rest…Named to Spring 2020 semester Athletic Director’s Honor Roll.
2019 (Fr.): Appeared in 11 games with eight starts, but was on pitch restriction for most of the year due to a previous injury…Finished 3-0 with a 2.35 ERA and fanned 46 and walked 13 in 30 2/3 innings…Won his last three starts…threw five shutout innings with nine strikeouts and only three hits and two walks in his first win over Troy (5/14)…Followed that outing with a combined no-hitter with Cody Carroll and Hunter Stanley…Had season-highs 7 1/3 innings and 12 strikeouts in the no-hit performance with one walk…Ended his season with a victory over Arizona State (5/31) in the opening game of the NCAA Baton Rouge Regional, allowing two runs on six hits with three walks and four strikeouts over 5 2/3 innings…His longest outing over his first eight appearances was a three-inning stint versus Marshall in the second game of a twinbill (4/6).
