Ward Earns All-America Honors, Singleton Competes at NCAA Championships

EUGENE, Ore. – De'Aundre Ward secured second-team All-America honors in the long jump, and Kelsey Singleton capped off his season with an appearance in the 400-meter semifinals as Southern Miss was represented by both men at the NCAA Outdoor Track and Field Championships this week at Hayward Field.

Ward posted a mark of 7.73 meters to place 12th overall and earn All-America status, while Singleton finished 18th in his semifinal heat, showcasing his ability to compete at the national level in one of the most competitive events of the meet.
