Men’s Tennis Kicks Off Four-Match Home Stint Against Alcorn State

HATTIESBURG, Miss. – The Southern Miss men's tennis team begins a four-match home stretch with a noon matchup against Alcorn State on Wednesday, March 12, at the Southern Miss Tennis Complex.
The Golden Eagles (1-9, 0-0 SBC) have never lost to Alcorn State in program history, holding a 16-0 all-time series lead dating back to March 17, 2007. In last year's meeting, Southern Miss secured a 6-1 victory over the Braves on March 2, 2024. Pasawee Reansuwong earned both a doubles and singles win alongside Olle Noltorp and Rasmus Becker.
The Braves (4-13, 1-0 SWAC) arrive in Hattiesburg following a 4-0 loss to Incarnate Word on Sunday in Vicksburg and a 4-0 win against conference opponent Prairie View A&M on Monday.
