Cross Country Finishes at NCAA South Regional

HUNTSVILLE, Ala. – Southern Miss women's cross country finished 22nd with 595 points in the 6K race at the NCAA South Regional on Friday in Huntsville.
Southern Miss was led by Emme Bates, who placed 105th in 21:31.32. Cadence Lapp followed in 110th with a time of 21:36.99, while Lexi Cooper ran 21:53.32 to take 124th. Addison Rainey finished 134th in 22:05.79, and senior Maria Kaylor placed 172nd with a time of 22:56.61. Freshman Alexane Hunte rounded out the Golden Eagles with a 175th-place finish in 23:02.22.
