HATTIESBURG, Miss.— The Southern Miss soccer team (6-5-1, 3-1-1 SBC) is gearing up for an away match in Lafayette, La, facing off against Louisiana (4-6-2, 1-4-0 SBC) at the Lafayette Home Bank Track & Soccer Complex.

Southern Miss leads the all-time series record 4-3-1, with matches dating back to 2003.
