Men's Golf Competes in Little Rock Invitational

HATTIESBURG, Miss. – The Southern Miss men's golf team returns to action Monday and Tuesday when they compete in the 54-hole Little Rock Invitational in Little Rock, Ark.
Hosted by Little Rock and played at the Founders Course at the par 72, 7,115-yard Chenal Golf Club, the No. 54 ranked Golden Eagles by Golfstat.com begin play with 36 holes of continuous play in a shotgun start Monday, with 18 more holes to complete the event Tuesday.
The 16-team field also includes Abilene Christian, Boston College, Central Arkansas, Florida Atlantic, Kansas City, Lamar, Michigan, North Texas, Oral Roberts, Troy, ULM, UT Arlington, UTEP and VCU.
Southern Miss will utilize the lineup of Cameron Clarke, Ryan Dupuy, Robbie Latter, Thongpipat Rattanayanon and Bennett Ruby.
The Golden Eagles have four individual Top 10 finishes this fall, which includes an individual medalist in Rattanyanon at the Jim Rivers Intercollegiate as well as a team crown and fourth-place finish in their first three events of the year.
Clarke holds the lowest scoring average for the Golden Eagles this fall with a 70.33, while Dupuy is next at 70.56 and Rattanyanon third at 70.78.
