Men’s Golf Finishes Fall Portion of Season with Little Rock Invitational

HATTIESBURG, Miss. – The Southern Miss men's golf team finishes up the fall portion of its 2019-20 schedule by participating in the Little Rock Invitational set for Oct. 21-22 at the Chenal Country Club.
The 54-hole event takes place with 36 holes set for Monday, with 18 more to complete the event, Tuesday, at the par-72, 7,326-yard course. There will be a shotgun start both days starting at 8:15 a.m.
The Golden Eagles will utilize the lineup of junior Brice Wilkinson (Madison, Miss.), freshman Robbie Latter (Mississauga, Ontario), freshman Thongpipat Rattanyanon (Bangkok, Thailand) and junior Brian Richards (Gulf Breeze, Fla.).
Over the first four events of the fall, the Golden Eagles have posted a 41-16-2 record head-to-head against team competition this fall and have a second- and third-place showing over their first four tournaments.
The 17-team field includes host Little Rock, along with Campbell, Central Arkansas, Eastern Michigan, Illinois State, Indian Hills CC, Lamar, Middle Tennessee, Missouri State, Oral Roberts, Southern Illinois, Stephen F. Austin, Texas State, Texas Tech and UT Arlington.
