Women’s Soccer Travels to San Antonio to Take on UTSA

HATTIESBURG, Miss. – The Southern Miss women's soccer team (6-7-0, 1-4-0 C-USA) will travel to San Antonio, Texas to take on UTSA (5-6-1, 1-4-0 C-USA) on Thursday night (October 17). Kick-off is set for 7:00 p.m. (CT) at the Park West Athletics Complex.
The Last Time Out
In its last match, Southern Miss fell to Charlotte by a final score of 4-2 on Friday night (October 11) in Charlotte, N.C.
Despite the loss, Southern Miss redshirt junior forward Hailey Pohevitz scored two goals in the match. Pohevitz's goals came in the 37th and 78th minutes of play. Pohevitz's goal scored in the 37th minute narrowed the scoring deficit to one goal, making the score 2-1.
