Weekly Soccer Update
The Lady Eagles are fresh off a 4-0 win over DePaul on Sunday. Tricia Wiles scored her third goal of the season off a pass from Stacey Hall in the fifth minute of the match giving the Lady Eagles a quick 1-0 lead. Hall and Wiles teamed up again on the second goal with a pair of passes to Katie Adams, who found the net for a 2-0 Lady Eagle lead. The lead would remain 2-0 at the end of the first half. Hall scored a goal five minutes into the half, when Wiles found Hall open in the box. Hall scored just five minutes later off an assist from Wiles sealing Southern Miss' 4-0 win.
Southern Miss is 8-7-0 on the season and 5-5-0 in the Conference USA.
