High School: Went 8-3 with a 1.18 ERA and 104 strikeouts over 65 1/3 innings and held opponents to a .140 batting average…Also batted .310 with a pair of homers…Named All-State honors by Prep Baseball Louisiana…Garnered Class 5A first-team all-state by the Louisiana Sports Writers Association and Louisiana Baseball Coaches Association…Made the LBCA Senior All-Star game…Was a first team 4-5A all-district pick by Central Baseball at pitcher for Central High School as well as the Region 8 Pitcher of the Year by the Louisiana Baseball Coaches Association on the strength of an 8-2 record his junior season…Accolades included being a Class 5A honorable mention all-state selection and a Morning Advocate all-Metro pick. Last spring, Harris threw a no-hitter against Zachary in the first round of his state playoff series…
