Prep: Named Mr. Baseball for Class 2A at Huntingdon High School…Finished as state runners-up in each of his final two seasons…Was a member of the TSWA Class 2A All-State team as well as the All-West Tennessee squad by the Jackson Sun…Batted .458 with 16 doubles, a triple, 13 home runs and 56 RBI…Drew 32 walks and stole 17-of-20 bases during his senior campaign…Earned a Players Award for Class AA which is given by the Tennessee Baseball Coaches Association (TBCA) to recognize high school student-athletes for their athletic excellence, academic achievement, and character as a junior…Was a TBCA Class AA All-State pick as well as a Mr. Baseball finalist…Finished third in the state in batting average at .545 and his nine home runs were tied for seventh best in the Volunteer State in 2024…Earned the Tennessee Baseball Report first-team all-state at second base and was an All-Region 6 selection as well his junior campaign.
