Golden Eagles Return to Louisiana for Cajun Classic

HATTIESBURG, Miss. -- The Southern Miss men's tennis team will close October play at the Cajun Classic in Lafayette, La. The three-day event will start on Friday morning at Louisiana and conclude Sunday.

The field includes Louisiana, Southern Miss, South Alabama, Tulane, Xavier (La.) and LSU. The Golden Eagles will travel Olimjon Nabiev, Pasawee Reansuwong, Pawin Jirapoomdaje, Shamirul Shahril, Henry Lamchinniah, Dakotah Bobo and Rasmus Becker.

Friday action will start at 9 a.m. with the first round of doubles and then the second round will immediately follow. Flight 1 of singles play will start at 11 a.m. and will be followed by Flight 2. Saturday will start at 9 a.m. with singles, while Sunday will start at 10 a.m. with doubles.
