Men's Tennis Announces Addition of LSU Transfer Dakotah Bobo

HATTIESBURG, Miss. -- Southern Miss men's tennis coach Zubin Engineer has announced the addition of LSU transfer Dakotah Bobo for the 2022-23 season.
Bobo spent his freshman campaign at LSU where he went 3-0 in doubles with wins over top 30 doubles teams before missing the remainder of the season due to injury.
The Lafayette, La. native was a four-star recruit out of Evert Tennis Academy and was rated an 11 by UTR. Bobo was the No. 1 recruit in the state of Louisiana and ranked inside the top 20 in the Southern Section Rankings. He made the third round of the Kalamazoo National Championship in the 16U division and trained in Florida for his junior and senior year of high school. He was also recruited by Ole Miss, Alabama and Tennessee.
