Men's Tennis Set for The Cajun Classic

HATTIESBURG, Miss. -- The Southern Miss men's tennis team is set to travel to Lafayette, La. to play in The Cajun Classic this weekend. The three-day event starts on Friday with matches taking place at Oakbourne Country Club and City Club.

The field includes Louisiana, LSU, Nicholls, South Alabama, Tyler Junior College and Southern Miss. The Southern miss lineup features Dakotah Bobo, Alexander Gima, Pawin Jirapoomdaje, Olimjon Nabiev, Pasawee Reansuwong, Shamirul Shahril and Saheb Sodhi.

Friday play will start at 8:30 a.m. with the first round of doubles, then the second round of doubles starts right after. Friday will finish with the first round of singles at 12:45 p.m. Sunday's singles championship round will be streamed from the City Club on ESPN+.
