Wednesday Podcast “Inside Southern Miss Athletics” Returns Tomorrow

HATTIESBURG, Miss. – The weekly podcast entitled "Inside Southern Miss Athletics, powered by Learfield-IMG College" debuts its new episode this Wednesday, May 13.
Each Wednesday, a free podcast will be released with the Voice of the Golden Eagles, John Cox, conducting various interviews with Southern Miss former and current Golden Eagles student-athletes, Athletic Department personnel and other special guests weekly.
This week's guests include Southern Miss Director of Athletics Jeremy McClain, Golden Eagle track and field coach Jon Stuart and former Golden Eagle baseball player Michael Artman. The podcast will be released at 10 a.m. CT.
In addition, the sixth Classic Game Broadcast will be released this Friday, May 15, and features the 2017 Conference USA Tournament contest in which the Golden Eagles defeated Charlotte 6-5 on a Taylor Braley walk-off home run. The victory helped propel Southern Miss to another matchup with the 49ers as they went on the championship game that season.
