“Inside Southern Miss Athletics” Podcast Returns Wednesday

HATTIESBURG, Miss. – The free podcast called "Inside Southern Miss Athletics, powered by Learfield-IMG College" returns this Wednesday, April 29.
Each Wednesday, a podcast will be released with the Voice of the Golden Eagles, John Cox, conducting various interviews with Southern Miss former and current Golden Eagles student-athletes, Athletic Department personnel and other special guests weekly.
This week's guests include Southern Miss Director of Athletics Jeremy McClain, Golden Eagle softball coach Brian Levin and former Golden Eagle baseball player Chris Logan. The podcast will be released at 10 a.m. CT.
In addition, the fourth Classic Game Broadcast will be released this Friday, May 1, which will feature the Golden Eagles' 5-4, 11-inning victory over Florida Atlantic from May 7, 2017. It was the second-straight game Southern Miss won in walk-off fashion against the Owls to sweep that three-game series.
A new baseball game will be added each Friday over the next several weeks.
