Southern Miss Athletics Holding Fundraisers This Week for LA Tech Tornado Recovery

HATTIESBURG, Miss. -- A deadly tornado severely damaged the Louisiana Tech campus on April 25, and the Southern Miss athletics department has launched several fundraising initiatives to help the school with its many costs incurred from the storm.
Baseball's traditional 50/50 raffle on Friday will be geared towards LA Tech contributions (first pitch at 6 p.m. CT), and there will also be a donation bucket present all weekend long at both the baseball and softball series, with the latter hosting LA Tech for its Senior Weekend.
