
Men's Tennis Go 3-0 At USTA National TC

ORLANDO, Fla. - Southern Miss men's tennis went 3-0 at the USTA National TC after Thursday's 4-3 win against Butler.
The Golden Eagles dropped the first doubles point while in Florida after losses on courts 1 and 3. Tom Cecchetto and Mieszko Kwasniewski dropped only its second doubles match of the season on Thursday.
Ronit Bisht quickly tied the match at 1 with his 6-3, 6-1 win on court 1. Thursday's win was the first time Bisht played on court 1 while in Florida.
Mikhail Esipov, Wen-Po Tseng and Chung Han Tsai completed the comeback with singles wins.
Esipov earned his eighth win of the season after a 6-0, 6-2 finish. Esipov has won all but one match on court 6.
Tseng's 6-2, 6-4 gives him double-digit wins on the season. Tseng continues his undefeated and is now 10-0.
Since the second match of the season, Tsai has been unbeaten in singles play. Tsai 8-0 since the Ole Miss match and has won six of those eight in straight-set fashion.
Jorman Reyes's loss snaps an 11-match win streak, the second longest in Southern Miss history, a streak he also reached twice last season. Southern Miss improves to 12-3 on the season and returns to Hattiesburg on March 22 to host DePaul at 2 p.m.
