Quote from head coach Erika Brennan:
"It was a great day out there- you could tell the girls were rallying around one another - the energy was up through the entire round. We came in prepared and I'm so encouraged by a 295 in the opening round - the crew gutted it out down the stretch to close out their rounds. They're gritty and I love that about them."
Quote from Henriette Syr:
"We had a lot of positive energy this morning that I feel really translated into the round. The course is in great condition and patience was definitely a virtue for me out there."
Quote from Emily Ross:
"Very encouraged with our opening round today. Its right where we want to be going into the second round. You could definitely tell that everyone had good energy and were fighting for every last shot."
