C-USA Baseball Championship Fan Fest to be Held Tuesday

HATTIESBURG, Miss. -- The excitement is building in #BaseBurg as the Conference USA Baseball Championship presented by Buffalo Wild Wings begins on Wednesday, May 25 at Pete Taylor Park / Hill Denson Field. But before the championship gets underway, all fans are invited to join us at The Pete for the C-USA Baseball Championship Fan Fest.
This free event will take place from 4:30-5:45 p.m. at Pete Taylor Park. Fans in attendance will be able to watch Southern Miss practice during their designated practice time as the Golden Eagles prepare for the championship. Fans in attendance will be able to have posters signed by members of the Southern Miss baseball team immediately following their practice time in the concourse.
All children in attendance for Fan Fest will receive a complimentary ticket to the first game of the championship for Southern Miss. Additionally, the first 100 children in attendance will receive prizes such as Southern Miss sunglasses, mini baseballs, and more.
All fans in attendance will be able to visit with players and coaches and sign a good luck banner for the Golden Eagles as they look to capture the Conference USA Baseball Championship crown.
Everyone's favorite mascot, Seymour, will also be on hand to mix and mingle with fans during the event.
The full tournament bracket, including seeding and tournament matchups, will be announced on Saturday following the conclusion of the final C-USA regular season games. The Golden Eagles are slated to begin their first game of the championship on Wednesday at 4 p.m. at Pete Taylor Park.
All-session tickets for the championship begin at $60 for adults and $45 for youth. Tickets may be purchased by calling the Southern Miss Ticket Office at 1-800-844-TICK or by visiting SouthernMissTickets.com.
