Baseball Series Opener at Charlotte Postponed Due to Rain

CHARLOTTE - The Southern Miss baseball team's series-opening game with Conference USA foe Charlotte set for Thursday night has been postponed due to heavy rains in the area.

The two teams will now begin the series with a 12 noon CT doubleheader, Friday, at Hayes Stadium.

The series finale is slated for 10 a.m., CT, Saturday.

All three games can be heard on the Southern Miss IMG Sports Network.
