HATTIESBURG, Miss. - Southern Miss begins a three-game homestand this Wednesday, Dec. 3, when it hosts defending Summit League champion North Dakota State. Tip-off is scheduled for 7:30 p.m. CT.
Southern Miss and North Dakota State will meet for just the second time in their history, and the first time in Hattiesburg. Last year, the Golden Eagles handed NDSU its only home loss, winning 70-69 in Fargo.

Southern Miss has won 18 straight home games, the eighth longest streak in the country. The Black and Gold have also won 37 consecutive home non-conference regular season games.

The Golden Eagles are scoring 65.8 points a game but allowing 66.4. Southern Miss is connecting on just 43.4% from the floor and 30.2% from three while allowing 45.1% from the field and 34.0% from beyond the arc. The Black and Gold is also being outrebounded, 35.0-to-30.2.
Sadler enters his first season at the helm of the Southern Miss men's basketball program. He has compiled a 152-109 (.582) record in nine years as a head coach.
