Women's Golf in 13th-Place at Lady Paladin Invitational

Greenville, S.C. - The Southern Miss women's golf team is in 13th-place heading into the final round of the Lady Paladin Invitational. The tournament is hosted by Furman and will be played at the par-72, 6,266-yard Furman University Golf Course.
The Lady Eagles shot a season-best 21-over par 309 to sit 47-over par.
Senior Brandi Rodriguez shot a 72 to sit six-over par in a tie for 25th-place. The 72 gives her eight rounds of par or better on her career, setting a new Southern Miss record.
Sophomore Juliana Herrera, playing in her first tournament of the year, is seven-over par, tied for 30th-place after posting a 75.
Freshman Emily Ross and redshirt senior Lauren Judson are tied for 78th-place at 18-over par. Ross shot an 83, while Judson carded an 81.
Freshman Devon Spriddle closed the scoring for Southern Miss, posting an 81 to sit 19-over par.
George Regents-Augusta leads the team competition at three-under par. Clemson is five shots back in second-place.
Clemson's Ashlan Ramsey leads the individual tournament at five-under par, one shot ahead of Eunice Yi of GRU-Augusta.
