HATTIESBURG, Miss. - The Southern Miss baseball game against Louisiana-Lafayette slated for Saturday night at 6 p.m., has been cancelled due to inclement weather.
Rain in south Mississippi washed out the first two days of the series and the set will conclude with a 2 p.m., Sunday doubleheader at Pete Taylor Park/Hill Denson Field.
Southern Miss enters the twinbill with a 7-2 record, while UL Lafayette enters with a 6-3 mark.
Tickets for both Friday and Saturday's rainouts can be used for a general admission ticket for any remaining home game this season with the exception of Ole Miss and Alabama.
