Soccer Season Opener at Southeastern La. Postponed

HAMMOND, La. - The Southern Miss women's soccer team will have to wait a few more days to open their 2010 season as their game scheduled for Sunday afternoon at Southeastern Louisiana has been postponed due to unplayable field conditions at the Southeastern Soccer Complex.

The game is scheduled to be made up on Wednesday, September 8, 2010.

Southern Miss returns to the pitch on Friday, August 27 as they will host Mississippi Valley State at the Southern Miss Soccer Complex.
