Baseball Team to Host Free Kids Clinic This Saturday

The University of Southern Mississippi baseball team and coaching staff will host a free baseball clinic this Saturday, February 16, at Pete Taylor Park.
Instruction will be provided by the 2008 Southern Miss players and coaching staff. It is open for ages 8-12, running from 10:00 a.m. until 12:00 noon. Admission is free.
"This is something we try and do every year to give back to the community that has supported our team so well throughout the years," head coach Corky Palmer said.
2008 will mark the fourth consecutive season that the Golden Eagles team has taken time out of their preseason preparation to instruct the youth of the Hattiesburg community with a free clinic.
