Lady Eagle Tennis To Compete in Memphis Invitational

HATTIESBURG, Miss. - The Southern Miss Lady Eagle tennis team is scheduled to compete in the Memphis Lady Tiger Invitational this weekend.
Other teams competing in the tournament include Arkansas State, Ball State, Campbell University, Murray State, Stephen F. Austin, Samford, and Southern Illinois.
Ali Blackett will take on Ball State's Haly Calderwood in the Division I Singles bracket, while Stephanie Dellocono takes on Murray State's Angela McGahee in the Division II Singles bracket.
In the Division III Singles bracket, Grace Kammerer will face Emma Retter of Ball State, and Lauren Gutterman will face Katherine Rist, also of Ball State.
Blackett and Kammerer will represent the Lady Eagles in the Division I Double bracket, while Dellocono and Gutterman will play in the Division II Doubles bracket.
Due to the condition of Memphis' tennis courts, the Lady Tiger Invitational will take place at Rhodes College, beginning Friday morning at 9 a.m.
