Emiko Schwab gave the Lady Tigers a 1-0 lead on an unassisted goal at the 5:20 mark in the first period.
Southern Miss responded and tied the game at 1-1, as freshman Sarah McFadden netted her sixth goal of the season off an assist from Micah Stephens. McFadden now leads the team with six goals on the season, while Stephens has a team-high five assists. Stephens now has 12 assists in her career, moving her into a tie for third all-time with Katie Adams and Ginger Pringle.
Kylie Hayes then gave
