Lady Eagle Golf Competes In John Kirk/Lady Panther Intercollegiate

HATTIESBURG, Miss. -- The Southern Miss Lady Eagle golf team is set to compete in the John Kirk/Lady Panther Intercollegiate, Monday and Tuesday, at the Eagle's Landing Country Club in Stockbridge, Ga.

The Lady Eagles, under the direction of Head Coach Julie Gallup, are one of 11 teams competing in the two-day tournament. Along with Southern Miss, Campbell, Daytona Beach Community College, Elon, Florida Atlantic, Georgia State, Jacksonville State, Middle Tennessee, UAB, UCF and Yale will participate.

First round action kicks off at 8:30 a.m., Monday, and round two is set for 8:22 a.m., on Tuesday.

This is the 12th year of the John Kirk/Lady Panther Intercollegiate. Eagle?s Landing Country Club is Georgia State?s home course and is also the home of the LPGA Chick-fil-a Charity Classic hosted by Nancy Lopez.
