Lady Eagle Tennis Team Adds Fourth Signee
HATTIESBURG, Miss. - Southern Miss Head Women's Tennis Coach Randy Rowley announced the signing of Lorena Aparicio Ruiz of Marbella, Spain, during the spring signing period.

Ruiz, who trained at the Open Sport Academy under Emilio Sanchez, has competed in international events in Portugal, Greece, India and Italy over the past year. She has WTA points in doubles and has ITF rankings in singles and doubles. She is ranked in the top 100 in Spain.

"Lorena brings a wealth of international experience to the team," Rowley said. "She knows how to compete in singles and doubles and will raise our standard of play as a team to another level."
