Southern Miss Track and Field Team To Hold Clinic
Williams and his assistant coaches as well as the Golden Eagle track teams will conduct a clinic as part of EagleFest weekend activities. The clinic will consist of speed development, jumping, throwing and hurdling. The cost is $10 per person. Individuals and teams are encouraged to attend.
Schedule of events:
1:30 - Registration
2 p.m. - Opening Comments by Coach Williams
2:15 p.m. - Individual Struction (stations)
Coach Williams - speed development, sprints, hurdles, relays, starts
Coach Stringer - long jump, triple jump, high jump
Coach Stephen - shot put, discus, pole vault
Coach Osteen - middle distance
