Prewitt Named To CoSIDA Academic All-District Team HATTIESBURG, Miss
Prewitt, a junior mid-fielder from Katy, Texas, was selected to the All-District VI Second Team. She currently holds a 3.96 grade point average in communications. Along with Prewitt, 21 other athletes, hailing from 15 regional universities, were named on either the first or second teams. A three-letterwinner, Prewitt played in all 19 matches this season and scored five goals on the year. She has been a member of the Dean's list four semesters. This marks the fourth season in a row that the Lady Eagle soccer team has produced a CoSIDA Academic All-District member. Southern Miss finished the season with a 9-7-3 overall record and a 2-6-2 conference mark.
