Lady Eagle Soccer Hosts Final Two Matches of Season HATTIESBURG, Miss -
The Lady Eagles enter with an overall record of 8-6-3 and 1-6-2 in Conference USA.
Tulane comes in 11-5-1 overall and 6-3 in conference play. The Green Wave's conference wins have come against Marquette, ECU, Charlotte, USF, UAB, and Houston.
Mississippi State sports an 8-8-2 record and is 2-5-1 in SEC play. The Bulldogs have victories over Southern Miss opponnents Memphis, Middle Tennessee and South Alabama.
Carly Barkley leads Southern Miss in goals scored with nine. Jackie Obert, Jessica Mendez and Asia Simons lead the Green Wave with five goals scored. Heidi Ondra leads the Bulldogs with six goals scored.
Sunday's match is 'Senior Day' at the Southern Miss track and soccer complex. Each Lady Eagle senior will be recognized pior to the 2 p.m. match. Former Southern Miss football standout Reggie Collier will open the match with a ceremonial kickoff.
