Lisa Lowery, a native of Hattiesburg, Miss., graduated with her Bachelor’s Degree in Child and Family Studies-Family Relations from Southern Miss in 2008. She also earned her Master’s Degree in Family Relations in 2009 from Southern Miss.
Prior to joining SAAS she has worked in higher education in various roles but mainly in Academic Advising at Southern Miss and Mississippi College. She grew up attending athletic sporting events and welcomes the opportunity to help athletes succeed on and off the field. She is excited to be a part of academics and athletics.
Lowery is currently an active member of the National Association of Academic Advisors for Athletics (N4A). She is married to Patrick, a 2008 graduate of Southern Miss. The couple has two young children, Harper and Palmer, who are always ready to cheer on the Golden Eagles.
