Had six top-3 finishes including three first places at the UAB Green and Gold Invite in the 60m Hurdles preliminaries and finals and the Southern Miss Invitational 100m Hurdles.
High School: Competed at Brookhaven High School under coaches Darien Dorsey and Tonya Johns...currently holds the school record in the 100m hurdles with a time of 14.23...named the 5A State Champion in the 300m hurdles in 2023 and 2024...also cheered at Brookhaven, being named a UCA All-American...also played volleyball in high school, named to the school's athletic hall of fame as a co-captain.
Personal: Born on Feb. 22, 2006 in Brookhaven...daughter of Grant and Tangela Edwards...mother Tangela played basketball for two years at Mississippi Delta Community College to then play two years at Southeastern Louisiana University...studying nursing.
