Earned bronze at his final Conference USA Outdoor Championships ... Qualified for the NCAA Outdoor Championships with a fourth place finish at regional, where he cleared the bar 7'2.25" ... Ended his Southern Miss career with a 19th place finish at his fourth total and second outdoor NCAA Championships.
2020 Indoor (Senior): Competed in all four meets in the high jump before competing at the C-USA Championships ... Hit a new personal-best at the Houston G5 Super 22 Invitational, jumping to a height of 7'4.5" which broke his own school record and moved him into then-tied for third in the NCAA and top-15 in the world, while also earning first place at the meet ... Also placed first at the UAB Blazer Invite and the Samford Indoor Clash ... Had a second-place finish at the Music City Challenge ... The reigning C-USA Indoor High Jump Champion kept his title for a second year, earning gold with a jump of 6'11.5" ... Qualified for the NCAA Indoor Championships, but it was canceled the day before the start of the meet due to the coronavirus.
2019 Outdoor (Junior): Competed in every regular-season meet ... Finished first at the Bulldog Relays with a height of 6'10.75" ... Had a first-place finish at the Tiger Track Classic, jumping to a height of 7'1.5" ... Finished second at the Crimson Tide Invite (7'0.25") and third at the LSU Alumni Gold (7'2.5") ... Had another first place finish at the Southern Miss Open at 7'0.5" ... At the Conference Championships, he finished fourth ... Qualified for the NCAA East Regional meet, finishing fourth at 7'2.25" ... Finished fifth overall at the NCAA Championships, with a new personal-best jump of 7'4.25".
