Collected another Silver at the UAB Green and Gold Invite Mile, clocking in at 4:55..88...Competed at the Sun Belt Indoor Championship for the 3000 and Mile, finishing in 13th and 15th

Took silver in the steeplechase at the Sun Belt Conference Championships, running a collegiate-best 11:02.06 (May 10) … Runner-up in the 800 meters at the Alumni Classic, running a career-best 2:14.71 (April 20) … Ran an outdoor-best 17:38.18 to place fourth in the 5000 meters at the Rhodes Invitational (March 15).
2024 INDOOR SEASON | SOPHOMORE
Part of the gold medal DMR quartet at the Sun Belt Conference Championships (Feb. 19) … Clocked a career-best 9:50.78 in an eighth-place finish in the 3000 meters at the David Hemery Valentine Invitational (Feb. 9) … Ran a collegiate-best 5:09.73 in the mile at the Vanderbilt Invitational (Jan. 20).
2024 CROSS COUNTRY SEASON | SOPHOMORE
Placed 27th at the Sun Belt Championships (Oct. 28) … Ran a career-best 21:46.8 in the 6K at the Arturo Barrios Invitational (Oct. 13) … Finished seventh in the 5K at the Rhodes Invitational, crossing in 19:02.2 (Sept. 16).
2023 OUTDOOR SEASON | FRESHMAN
Competed in the steeplechase at the Sun Belt Conference Championships … Ran the 4x400-meter relay at the Red Wolves Open, placing third … Ran outdoor bests in both the 800 meters (2:23.22) and 1500 meters (4:41.78) at the Joe Walker Invite … Placed third in the steeplechase at the UAB Invite, running a season-best 11:31.82 … Opened the season at the Bulldog Relays, placing seventh in the 1500 meters.

Ran an indoor-best 2:17.95 in the 800 meters prelims at the Sun Belt Conference Championships, where she also placed fifth as part of the distance medley relay … Finished eighth in the DMR at the Indoor Gorilla Classic … Part of A-State’s first-place DMR squad at the Vanderbilt Invitational.

Finished 18th at the Sun Belt Conference Championships, running a season-best 18:04.4 in the 5K … Ran the 6K at the Arturo Barrios Invitational in 22:23.0 … Debuted at the Little Rock Open, placing third with a time of 19:24.1.
